How does a Gift Card work?

- it is not necessary to select a date
- the recipient, when he decides to book, will choose the experience he prefers by adding it to the cart (with any extras if interested). During check out he will enter the gift card code, in this way the system will automatically deduct the amount of the gift, leaving only the added services or the residual balance to be paid.

Which products are included in the gift card?
Gift card (or gift Voucher) is not for a specific product, but it is practically a money amount that the recipient can spend for any products he likes on our website. This means that the recipient can use it for Starsbox experience for sure but also for bike tours, bike trips or other services available on our website.

The recipient will choose the experience he prefers by adding it to the cart (with any extras if interested). Starsbox Experience (STARRY NIGHTS)

Is there a bathroom?
Yes there is. The bathroom is really tiny but has the essentials you would need: toilet and little sink. Outside, just next to it, you'll find the outdoor shower with curtain. All with hot water.
How big is the Starsbox?
Starsbox is big enough for a king size bed, no more than this.
Can I take my children with me?
Of course, you can book this experience including children too, but please remeber they will sleep sharing the bed with parents.
How does the self checkin work?
It is very simple!
Few days before arrival you will be asked to send your documents throught whatsapp. The day of the experience you will be sent a short code that you need to dial once arrived infront of the gate.
There you'll find a keyboard locker on the leftern side of the gate, where you are supposed to enter the received code.
At this point the locker will open and you'll find the keys of the gate and of Starsbox.
How does the self check out work?
The check out has to be within 10 am. After closing Starsbox and turning off all electric devices:
- Go out the gate and leave the keys in the mailbox outside the gate
- Notify the host you are leaving with a message
Where we will have breakfast?
For the season 2024 Breakfast will be self service, so you'll find all you need at the back of the Starsbox, inside a specific locker.
I need help, who can I call?
Starsbox is inside a private farm, where the owner lives too.

I'm at the Starsbox location but the secret code doesn't open the gate, can you help?
The keyboard of the locker on the leftern side of the gate, let you dial the secret code to rescue the keys of the gate and the Starsbox. The code won't open the gate, it will open the locker. Then take the keys and come in
I haven't received the secret code to dial on the keypad, how can I go inside?
If you haven t received the secret code yet, contact our customer care. We will provide one for you!

Anyway, the only night in Starsbox includes:
- Night in StarsBOX for 2 people
- Self-service breakfast (Mixed coffee pods, Filters for tea or herbal teas, Biscuits, Organic Honey)
- Linens and blankets
- Deck chairs and outdoor table on the pitch
What is excluded from Starsbox experience?
Please note that every proposal is different, so check the details in the product you would like to buy, before booking. (see them on the button below).
Anyway, usually it's excluded:
- Towels are NOT included.
- Anything not specified in "price includes".

Where is Starsbox? How can I reach Starsbox?
Starsbox is immersed in the olive grove of a farm in the heart of the Via Appia Antica Regional Park. It is a private and quite property, and no public transport reach it.
We suggest you to come with a taxi, or by bicycle if you reach our rental bike point at via Appia Antica. Here following the Google map links.
What can we do during Starsbox experience?
The experience of a night in Starsbox is already beautiful in itself.
But we thought we'd combine it with additional services that will make everything even more special and engaging! You can have a picnic, or have dinner in a vineyard or even have a private yoga lesson among the olive trees.
All you have to do is choose the option that best suits you.

What can I wear for Starsbox experience?
You are in a private property, please always be dressed when outside the Starsbox.
Please do not wear shoes inside Starsbox
If you booked Starsbox and Yoga experience, take a clothing change with you.
In any case we suggest comfortable clothing.
I'm leaving, what Do I have to do?
- Turn off the lantern and all other lights
- Store everything you have used and consumed inside the StarsBOX
- Lock windows, roof and door with keys
- Go out the gate and leave the keys in the mailbox outside the gate
- Notify the host you are leaving with a message
I'm coming by car, where do I park?
Please park your can in the specific area you find on your left as you enter the farm gate.

I have a booking for StarsBOX ROMA, can I take my puppy with me?
We really love animals, and the nature sourrounding the StarsBOX would be a perfect place for them, unfortunately our friends can't be admitted to the experience because the wood cabin isn't big enough to host them
My dog is very small, can I take it with me?
Even if the size of you puppy is really small we can't admit it because inside the StarsBOX there is only place for the king bed and it means that it would sleep on it, for hygenic reasons we can't.

Can my children sleep with me in starsbox?
Inside the Starsbox the is place only for a king size bed but:
- if your children are young they can sleep with you. You'll sleep chick to chick, and this will make them happy
- if your children are teenage I would say there will be place just for one in addition to parents

What you need to know in case of bed weather, cancellation and more.
I have a reservation but the day of the experience is going to rain, can we move the booking?
In the event of a STORM (heavy rain) it is possible to move the experience subject to Starsbox availability within 10 days of the booked date.
I'm sick and I can't do the experience, can i ask for refund?
Refund can be issued if cancelled at least 7 days before the event, no last minute cancellation will be considered as refundable.
I would like to add extra service to my booking, who do I call to?

Forecast say that next week there will be bad weather, can I move my reservation?
In the event of a STORM (heavy rain) it is possible to move the experience subject to Starsbox availability within 10 days of the booked date.
How many times can I change my booking?
If you have booked, you are entitled to ONLY ONE CHANGE of booking, even in case of bad weather.
I need to reschedule my booking, what can I do?

What is Wood Camp?
Wood Camp is a brand new proposal, for those who love Nature, Wild, and Adventure.
It's like an equipped forest where you will find anything you need sourrounded by an uncontaminated environment. Here you'll do different activities and you'll sleep in tents floating between trees.
Where is Wood Camp?
Wood Camp is located next to Nemi Lake, not far from Rome.

How can I reach Wood Camp?
Wood Camp is located in a restricted traffic area to protect environment, but you can arrive by car near by. You can follow the right position of the Camp by clicking on the following button.
Anyway if you can't come by car we offer shuttle service from our Lungotevere Bike Point.
Do you have a Shuttle Service?
Yes, we do. If you want to take part to one of our Wood Camp but you don't know how to come, you can add Shuttle Service to your booking. We will be waiting for you at our Lungotevere Bike point, that one will be the meeting point.

In Wood Camp you go exploring forest secrets and sounds, looking for specific herbs, having yoga or dinner on a SUP, riding bike around Nemi Lake or sleeping in tents floating between trees.
