Hai prenotato un tour in bici per qualche ora dentro o fuori Roma o magari un noleggio? Ecco le regole:
✅ Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure
🌦 Light rain? Nessun problema, siamo attrezzati fino ai denti per farti vivere un’esperienza magica anche se con un po’ di pioggia.
⛈ Heavy thunderstorm? Then the experience will probably be canceled and rescheduled.
Best advice: keep in touch with our Customer Care, which will update you in real time on the status of the tour.

✅ Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure
🔐 Did you choose the "Book Safe" option? Then you can delete up to 24 hours before, without penalty.
Warning: the gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable, but they remain valid for other future rentals.
